This shop is very unprofessional l, i got new tires here and i watched them work on my car, the employees dont understand a lick on english, he put the lug nuts on incorrectly you're supposed to put them on in a star pattern and he put them on in a circle then they refused to do the alignment because i wanted to watch to make sure they did everything correctly because its my car and im driving it and i want to be safe. Im never coming here again thats for sure. Talk about a sketchy buisness.

I bought a set of tires and wheels here for my truck a few years ago and had a good experience. I recently bent one of my rims doing some off roading (completely my fault) so I went in to ask about buying a new one. The guy told me that the rims that I had were discontinued, and couldn’t be replaced. I then asked if I could just get new wheels (all 4) but he told me he couldn’t deal with this right now and said to come back later. They were about 45 min from closing at the time, but he didn’t even want to talk about it. He was pretty rude and dismissive. I didn’t realize that wanting to buy wheels at a wheel and tire store was an inconvenience. I guess I will be going elsewhere.

There were multiple people that were super patient with me. Miguel was awesome! Great selection of used tires for a good price. And willing to help me out even after getting them on the first time when something came up. Really appreciate them!! Fast service too

In September 2025, we visited the California Tires store in Orem, Utah. This store is on State Street and 400 South and it is very easy to find and park at. My son works as a car mechanic at a different nearby business location, and he bought me a pair of tires at this California Tires store at a favorable price. Without an appointment, we were able to get our tires re-pressurized and rotated quickly and efficiently, and we were happy with the service that we received there.

Super easy and super awesome staff! Came in with 37s which are pretty big tires and knocked it out in 25 min or less. Would highly recommend them
